Refund policy

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Must include the original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required (like your order email)

Note: We do not accept returns on digital products or personalized items unless they’re defective.

Refunds

Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved:

• You’ll get a refund to your original payment method in 5–10 business days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• If the item shows signs of use, we may only give a partial refund

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns for:

• Digital downloads (like eBooks)

• Opened skincare products

• Clearance or sale items
